CSS builds community-based programs in the towns we work in. Many of our staff start out as campers, graduate to the CIT program (grades 9 and 10), support groups as Group Counselors (16+ years old), and eventually may lead small groups (18+).

Please tell us about yourself, including your experience working with kids, your experience playing soccer, any experience you have coaching soccer. We have both volunteer and paid positions and we have roles for a variety of levels of soccer playing and coaching skill. We’re looking for staff who are responsible, willing to learn, and love working with kids!
